Response: As per out discussion on pm, I want to clarify that you did receive four (the required number) of items. The only thing missing was an extra, not required fifth item, which I will be sending you soon because it was something meant to be included anyway. As for the fact that you apparently didn't like what I sent, that should not factor into the rating at all.
