Comment: Hello, I really don't like to rate someone bad, but there were several problems with this swap and therefore I see no other option, than to do this. So these are the things I know: I got informed, that she has several accounts an Swap-bot and that another user of our swap group also had problems with her prior to this. For this swap now, she didn't send the swap in time and instead did so 8 days later, without contacting me as the swap partner or the swap host or the group officers. After she had contact with the group founders (which they started by trying to contact her), I got the message that she is going to send the swap out on this day (the 30th july, the swap closed the 22nd july) and I will write an edit, when I actually get the postcard. - I'm sorry that you wrote me having personal struggles at the moment, but after checking with the group founders about this swap, I'm giving you a 1. With a better communication and more openess and politeness it would have been a different story.
