Just FYI for future mailing my post office ( which are really annoying) had me pay postage due because they deemed it a package. When you mail tea next time try and lay it flat, I will often washi it to some card stock to keep it from bunching up and then my postal workers get all freaked out LOL!

But the weather is getting crazier every year so, who knows what will come. We do have a safe place in the cellar but it wouldn't be especially comfortable if we had to spend hours there. If (when?) we start having bad storms more often I will have to fix it up a bit.

WOW! I was not expecting to receive a package for this swap-- thank you so so much! The colors of the yarn are super cute, and I was amazed to receive two skeins!! I've never tried using eyelash yarn before, so I'll have to see if there are any patterns that recommend using it. (This also seems to be a subtle nudge from the universe reminding me that I need to get back into crocheting...)
I also really loved the postcard you chose. I might have to keep that one for my personal collection! The little sticker you sent was also much appreciated.

Response: I make my wassail a bit differently, no alcohol. I use cranberry juice, pineapple juice, a bit of sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Then I put cinnamon sticks in it. That's it! Simple but delicious! Hope you try it, and let me know.
