Comment: Thank you very much for the mini-memos. The swap send date was August 12th and when it wasn't marked as sent on the 13th I contacted you. You said it had already been sent out & then you marked it as sent. The postmark on the stamp was August 19th, which is a week after send-out date. Better communication would have been appreciated. *** UPDATE: Re-rating per your comment. Maybe for future swaps you should send out early to avoid this situation again. Best wishes.
Response: I'm sorry the shipping was late, but I had sent it out when I told you I had. I've experienced some delays recently though and I hope you understand that I can't do anything with the Norwegian mail system. A woman at the post office has also told me several times that they don't have to mark the stamps anymore. I don't know why, but maybe the mark is from another place after it had been sent from my local post office..? I don't know, but that's what she told me. Update: Thank you :) Yes, I will try to do so. xx
