When I spend on my card it feels like free money, but when I have to physically hand over cash it makes me really consider whether what I am buying is worth it. But I guess it's a lot easier when you don't have to carry around three months worth of receipts that you always think might come in handy, but always end up throwing away when the burden becomes ridiculous!
