No one else rated you a 3, but perhaps they didn't realize that you lied about when you posted it, as you've just admitted. This is for a hand cancellation - you marked sent on 2/23, and it was postmarked/hand cancelled on 2/25. I don't believe it sat in the post office for 2 days waiting to be hand cancelled. Comment: The inchies are very nice, thank you! I am rating a '3', though because these were not sent until April 25 when the send-by date was April 7th. If you had communicated with me, without me having to message you to find out if you'd sent, I would have been 'in the loop'. I'm glad that you sent them. I hope all is well with you! :)
