Comment: Hi again! Thank you so very much for all of the wonderful black & white postcards and the little cartoons. I really love them all. My favorite is the one of Chief Joseph. We live about a two hour drive from the Wallowa Valley which used to be home to the Nez Perze. Old Chief Joseph is buried beside Wallowa Lake. It is a beautiful, serene and sacred area. One of my favorite places to visit.

Response: Yeah, the Aveda is my all-time favorite. If you like it and purchase some, you can use a tea bag to make a cup of tea, then use another tea bag for a second cup. THEN you can take the two once-used bags and use them (together) to make a third cup. The tea is expensive, but SO worth it! Enjoy!

I do meditate, I cannot picture myself relaxed, I do breathe sometimes, I never look around me, I drink hot tea all the time, I do show love, I need someone else to massage me, I do take a time out and I need to try the musical detour and adjust my attitude.
