State Capital quick turn around You will need to send your two partners a stamped postcard (not in an envelope) of a state capital post card. Please do not send homemade cards or include advertising. On the postcard just write a short note saying hello! The capital card that you send does NOT have to be from the state in which you live in.

Does the US Capitol count even though it's not technically a state capitol building?

To clarify, did you mean "State CapitOl Building" or did you mean any building in the state capitAl?
