This swap is for you if you LOVE the U.S.A. You will send 1 partner an ATC that has a patriotic theme. Ex: Red/White/Blue - American Flag - American Eagle - Military - etc. Put some love and effort into it! :) Also.....you will send your ATC in an envelope which has been decorated in a Patriotic theme.... Use your imagination and let your creative juices flow!! 1 Partner - 1 ATC - 1 Envelope ---- simple but fun! Newbies welcome with a well filled out profile. No recent 1's or 3's... I reserve the right to delete those I feel are questionable.... NO FLAKING! Flaking isn't fun for anyone.... :)

Does the outside envie have to be decorated? Or can you put the decorated envie inside another one for mailing? For some reason I have had 2 envies that I decorated get lost in the mail and never seen again in the past 3 months. And I had to resend.

DixieDiane.....you can do either! If you want to put your ATC in a decorated envie and then put them in another envie to mail that's fine!
