Deco Swap-April

This is and international swap. You must have a rating of 4.95 or better to join. You must also have more than 15 type 2 or 3 rated swaps under your belt to join. Send to 2 Decos to your partner. They can be new, established, themed or unthemed, N&N, regular or sloppy! Please make sure your partner has not signed or that the deco was not made "BY" or "FOR" them. Please have a working knowledge of what decos are and have these on hand to send your partner in a timely manner. I will check profiles before assigning partners and ban anybody I feel may be suspect. Happy Swapping!
