ATC - Newspaper Article

For this swap, you will create one ATC for one partner. The ATC must have a piece of a newspaper article on it somewhere. It can be for the whole background or just an element of your card. Anything else goes.

ATC must be the standard rectangular 2.5 x 3.5 (no shaped ATCs for this swap) and must be mailed in a protective sleeve.

Newbies/Beginners welcome with a well filled out profile but the following rules apply:

1. ATC is to include an actual piece from a newspaper on it and be the standard rectangular size of 2.5 x 3.5.

2. ATC must be mailed in a protective sleeve and mailed on time.

3. Rate your partner when received. A five means the above was met.

4. Please only send what you yourself would like to receive.
