Create TWO French inspired ATC's for one partner that have a Vintage feel. Think outside the box and add a bit of flair. You could use sheer fabric, floral fabrics, fancy papers, gold foil/leaf, foil stickers, crackle paints/gell, paint beads and more... make standard size and be sure you have a title and other atc info included. please use a sturdy back and do your best work to earn a heart, we all love hearts, especially ME!!!
