Which one would you like to serve you? i would prefer the grumpy one....How would you describe them? they are probably upset that they had to cover for someone who didnt show up... or maybe they are just getting bad tips...Why? i would prefer them because maybe they would cheer up if people treated them better..

2) How would you percept about him? i would have mixed feelings...what made them homeless...wheres their family....are they well enough mentally to be able to climb out of the hole that they live in to become a better person...could a smile from me make them feel better.

3 Which message this person is transmitting to you? that they want to follow me to steal my car lol lol lol i must look like an easy target for them to take my car from me..lol lol

4 ) How would customers think about your reaction? they would probably think that i am giggling at them ....or that i am a mental case.

5) What does it make you think? that i beat him to logging on and on how i am updating my status on being overworked and underpaid :/

6) How would you interpret this person's reaction? that they are definitely not on the same boat that we are on and they want to jump ship and move on..

7) Which message this agent is transmitting to you? that it's a great deal and if i pass on it right now someone else could come in and snatch it up right from under me ....and i would miss out on the deal of a lifetime...

How would you describe them? Why? -- I'd prefer the grumpy one, because even when you're grumpy you can still smile. I'd think the grimacing one had a problem with serving me (didn't like me).

2) When you are walking on street and you see a homeless with a sad facial expression. How would you percept about him? -- He has lost all hope. He needs someone to support him somehow, either to be a friend, or provide shelter, food, money, etc.

3 )If you just bought a new convertible car and someone keeps staring at your car with surprising facial expression. Which message this person is transmitting to you? -- Either the person is surprised someone so young can afford a nice car, or surprised that a woman owns it

4 ) If you are at work dealing with customer service and just start giggling without any reason. How would customers think about your reaction? -- That I didn't take my job seriously, or their complaints seriously. Or I'm on my phone/internet when I shouldn't be, laughing at jokes.

5) You are chatting with your friends on facebook and you boss walks in. He sees you chatting and show wrinkles on his eyebrows. What does it make you think? -- Oh crap, I shouldn't be on facebook at work! Then I'd apologize, probably over email. I'd feel super guilty, mostly for being caught.

6) During a meeting, someone is speaking. But, you see one person with a disgusted facial expression. How would you interpret this person's reaction? -- Either they don't like the person talking, they don't like the message of the speaker, or they just don't want to be there.

This real estate agent shows anxious expression and keeps insisting you to buy it. Which message this agent is transmitting to you? -- He is desperate to make a sale.

I could help grumpies by being cheerful,and leaving a big tip, but grimace means pain or disapproval might be beyond my control, it could even mean he is ill.

Buying a house is a big investment and a big decision. I would not be pressured into buying something like that. Any pushy realtor, isnt really trying to help me find the right home.
