This is a swap dedicated to the Goddess. You do not have to be labeled with the religion of Wicca or Pagan. This is open to anyone. With this swap you will make a special Goddess doll for your one partner. Please do not just slap some fabric together and call it a goddess doll. Put some heart into it. Search images on the internet to get some inspiration. This swap has a long "Production Period" so that you can make something truly wonderful. You doll should be at least 6 inches tall and no more than 12 inches. A bit more, a bit less, no biggie.

So go make some beautiful Goddesses!

Be sure to rate your partner. If you get ANY extras they deserve a heart.

You must have a rate of at least 4.8 and no no-sends in the past 6 months. Newbies welcome with a complete profile.

Thought: If you've an attachment to a particular goddess, would it be out of line to post Her name in your profile or here or in a message to your partner? It would put a kink in the plans of those who like to make ahead, but it might also spare your partner the worry that the sea-coloured crone ze sent you will be adrift in your fiery life.

Just wondering - do the Goddess dolls have to have the raised arms, narrow bottom shape? I've never made/seen a Goddess doll before. Sounds like fun.

I've signed up, but I'm allergic to wool. Is it all right to stay signed up and just request a non-wool doll from my partner, or should I wait for another swap? Thanks!

As for preferences...I mix traditions blatantly! I've a fondness for Athena and Brigid...but if you have a desire to make me someone else, I won't complain! I am allergic to wool, though.
