Description:
Basically get (or make) a journal that is at least 31 pages (one page per day). Write a minimum of one page per day for May. It can include some mementos from the day (take-out menu, receipt of awesome coupon-ing, lyrics of a song stuck in your head, etc.) but must include written description of your day. This is a "month in the life of..." journal. If it's in your head, write it down - get it out.
