Hi @IrinaBG I currently have two 1 ratings and a 3 rating which I am currently resolving at the moment. Apparently, the two people who gave me a 1 were impatient in receiving my items and I failed to message them for the delay, but they have promised to re-rate as soon as they get my items. As for the 3 ratings, I made a mistake in the swap items but I have already resent them and just waiting for the user to re-rate me as well.

@violinpopstar I see your point and I understand. Please send your stuff in time so that you don't have further problems with your partners. Sometimes mail gets delayed or lost so people should communicate before rating. But please make sure it's not your fault at the first place. :)
