.Send 10 used stamps too one partner :) they can be on or off paper, and also mix up the stamps, no copies, its awsome to recieve mixed varieties of stamps. please send mail with a real stamp on it, not the automatic stamps. :)

These are the actual stamps right, not just the images? What does it mean by they can be on or off paper?

I'm guessing it means they can still be attached to the envelope (e.g. if you cut or tore off the corner of the envelope with the stamps) = on paper; or you can have removed them already e.g. by soaking them off so that you're just sending the stamp itself and not what it used to be stuck to = off paper.
