I'm pretty sure this should be a Type 2 swap. Also, some of your numbering is off.

It should be type 1' & you only have 25 question but it said 30, well they are # wrong now that I looked again. LOL

It should not be Type 1 unless it is electronic. @user2637 is correct it should be Type2. At any rate no way it should be Type 3.

You should (if I may be so bold) advise of minimum rating score.......it would be dreadful to be matched up with consistent flakers or late-senders.

Great, fun questions! Bring back memories, for sure! BTW when you say "favorite times in elementary school/ Jr. high/ HS," does it mean favorite time of the day, time of the year/ season, favorite subject, or something else? Just to clarify... It is the kind of question I would totally misunderstand and make a complete fool out of myself, I have done that in other multi-question swaps... orz

Incidentally, your original title was correct, there are actually 30 questions total, just the numbering is off as @user2637 commented. Look under "4"- "5" and "6" are bunched up together, yet "5" and "6" appear again right after that. Ditto for "14" after "11", "24" under "20", and "26" under "21".
