This is for 1 ATC to 1 partner. Standard sizing and any materials you choose is fine. I would like to make this into a series (depending on how many are interested). Feel free to post theme ideas below! The theme of this ATC is postage stamps with bird(s) on them. All medias & mediums welcome, but please just put some effort into it. You MUST include at least ONE bird-themed postage stamp. New/used stamps are both welcome." I will angel if needed. Please contact me with any problems you may have. Oh, I wish I could join this one. I love making and trading postage stamps and ATC's. It would be a great challenge to combine the two.
