In this swap, we will send one Confetti Pocket similar to the one shown, but base it on your partner's profile. Flat items only in a clear, plastic, and sealed sleeve. It will include confetti and or glitter. (based on receiver's likes, remember... which is why we have one month to create it!!) Can we make it with vellum? (As long as it isn't something out partner hates)?

Vellum, huh? Hmmm..... I am thinking clear, not frosty, so I will say no to the vellum this time.
