ATC - add the word â€œBelieveâ€ - USA Swap For this swap you will create (1) ATCâ€™s for your partner. Requirements: The word "Believe" must be added somewhere on the ATC. Theme: Senders choice. Size: The ATC must measure 2.5 x3.5 and have a sturdy (non-flimsy) backing. Use glitter, stamps, embellishments, ribbon, yarn, bling or whatever is needed to make your ATC look itâ€™s best. Is the word supposed to be "Believe" or "Dream"? The Swap title and instructions don't match. I'm confused.
