For this swap you will make one ATC for your partner. The only two requirement is that the ATC has to have a piece of a book page on it somewhere, either as the background or as an element in the artwork the second it has to have either a dragonfly or a butterfly on it. Last time I mailed a post card to Canada the post office told me I needed an international stamp, currently $1.15

I know it more for us like $ 1.50 to the states and over $2.00 to ho international .
