Each participant will have to send there partner 3 newly made or established sticker bags. Since this is a usa based swap if the bag is in need of a final signer make sure its going home to someone in the usa. This is a simple swap so please dont flake if your going to be behind in sending let your partner know.

It is a bag made by someone for someone and it has a certain amount of stickers in it.
