wrgmama.. when we swap deco's in yahoo groups they can be made for anyone as long as you made them yourself, new, for the swap. usually one for you, one for your partner and one for whoever you like. maybe thats what the host meant? it doesn't make it less of a swap if the deco's are made for another person.
