Just a question: It says this Swap is considered "regional/USA" but my partner is from CANADA. One of the things i"m trying to do more of is join swaps that are not interntional due to the extra price of postage. I'm trying to save a little money by not doing Interntional Swaps. yet, this one is. Oh well.
