December Birthday Card Swap with flat surprise

Yeah it's my birthday month finally!! :) There has got to be more December babies out there :) or people that just might want to help us celebrate it :) So let's send out birthday cards - details below:

**Birthday Card is sender's choice - can look at your partner's profile for ideas though. (don't rate down if you don't like the card) Can be home-made or store bought. Write a little note wishing happy birthday :) something beyond the name of swap and your user name :)
