Description:
Create one ATC for one partner featuring a dog wearing a hat. You can use any media you like to do this, stamping, drawing, collage, painting, ink, colored pencils. Your ATC should be made on a strong background paper. Include your name and the swap name. Remember that your ATC should measure 2.5 x 3.5. I will angel if needed. Please remember to rate your partner. I will be happy to angel if needed.
