Description:
For this painting project you will make one ATC with the theme underwater. It could be fish, crabs, coral, an octopus, exc. Anything thatâ€™s underwater. The ATC must be hand painted, standered ATC size (2.5 by 3.5), and come in a sleeve. I will angle. Flankers will be removed from the group.
