For this swap, you will have 3 partners, and will send each of them a new, store bought postcard of a State Capitol. It doesn't have to be from the state where you live. No handmade/ad/free cards. Please send them stamped and written on and include this swap name and your name on it. To participate, you must have completed at lest 30 type 2 swaps and have no 1 or 3 ratings in the past 12 months.
