It's love month! So we'll be adding a heart as one of the 3 required elements on our ATC. Here's the complete list: a heart a rubber stamped image the color blue The heart on your ATC can take center stage or be just one little element--your choice. Please begin with a sturdy base, cover the back with coordinating paper (no bareback riding in the USAPC ;+) and, most important of all? Have fun creating something you love!
