Send your partner a postcard with snow on it. All postcards are welcome: store bought, ad/free, tourist, art, Zazzle-type and handmade. Snow can be on mountains, a snowman, snowflakes, even xmas/holiday scenes (if you're altering a greeting card for your homemade card, please do more than send a cut up card, decorate it with stickers, washi, markers, punches, etc. to make it truly handmade.) On the back, write a nice heart-warming note to your partner, include the swap name and your username. Send stamped through the postal service.
