Welcome to the Random PC Swap #3! You will have one partner who you will send one PC (postcard) to. PC must be naked (not in an envelope), written on, and sent with a stamp. This will be sender's choice. Swap is Regional - USA only for now. Please be sure to send your PC on time. I will angel this if I have to, but this swap is so simple, I hope it won't come to that! Newbies are welcome. No recent unexplained 1s or 3s (I will check everyone's profile). Again, this is sender's choice. Please do not downrate someone just because you didn't like the PC they chose to send you. Hearts are given at your own discretion. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
