Newbies are welcome so long as they have a filled out profile. I may message people with unexplained and/or recent 1's and 3's, but there is no score restriction to join this swap. After messaging people, I reserve the right to remove someone from the swap if I have concerns.

I can angel if needed, only after you've rated your partner a 1 and communication has been attempted.
