The size and theme of this booklet is up to the sender. I would say if it fits in a letter size envelope or thereabouts would be good. Use your scraps to add images, pockets/tucks, tags,etc.

She sews, but that is not a requirement. No need to overstuff if you add pockets. I, personally, loved the sentiments that she added.

Tie with a fiber/twine if you like.
