| Description: | |
| This is an easy handcrafted postcard project. It's not a collage, it's one picture that you find that's about the size of a postcard. Look through any magazines, catalogs, old wall calendars, etc and find an interesting picture that will fit on a postcard. This may help you: cut out a 4x6' hole in a piece of larger cardboard, then use the frame as a guide, framing the magazine image to see if it's suitable.
Cut-n-paste the picture onto a piece of cardboard or heavy cardstock. Send the postcard with your swap-bot name and the name of this swap, and a short note on the back. I like to write where I got the cut-out picture from. Tip: Rubber cement is a great glue to use when adhering magazine pages to cardstock. (I got this tip from e2java). | |
