JLG: Stream of Consciousness (1:1)

One partner; One note (8.5 x 11” page—one side only)

This is a “let it go” exercise. Take an 8.5 x 11” piece of paper, fold it in half & cut along the fold. You now have 2 pieces 4.25 x 5.5” on which you will compose a written letter on one side of each paper. Wait for a time you won’t be interrupted so you can write continuously until you reach the end of both pages.

What you will write is what pops into your mind without trying to make sense of it or editing. Just pour out whatever comes to mind—without attention to spelling, errors or punctuation. Do not redo—this is a one-shot deal.

When you finish, send to your partner.
