Hi you say no recent 3's but this is passing on something I made or of someone else's so there is not really any room to NOT follow swap requirements (which is what a 3 is given for). I'd still like to join if you'd let me, I have plenty of nice ones to pass on from other people and of my own. thanks.

That is true 3's are given for not meeting the swap requirements, and I am standing by that as others have signed up because of these requirements. Sorry
