Bummer - my favorite kind of swap and I didn't get any from one of my partners. Seems her ratings are going way down suddenly. :( Karyn

I'll angel it, that is a bummer. :-( I can't understand why ppl flake on simple swaps like ATC's and postcards. Heck I can't understand why ppl flake at all, but no matter the cost it's always a bummer.
